Governance

The management framework of RESPOND is carefully structured to promote effective decision-making and ensure the successful implementation of project actions. It encompasses a variety of bodies, each with distinct roles and responsibilities, fostering clear communication and collaboration.

At the forefront is the Project Coordinator (PC), who acts as the primary liaison between the Consortium and the European Commission, ensuring smooth communication and oversight of project activities.

Project Scientific Coordinator: Alice Mattoni (UNIBO)

The Project Management Team (PMT) supports the PC, coordinating daily operations and facilitating the alignment of project tasks.

Project Management Team: Project Coordinator supported by Federico Daniel Di Persio (UNIBO) and UNIBO staff.

Central to our governance is the General Assembly (GA), consisting of one representative from each partner organization. This assembly serves as the ultimate decision-making authority, crucial for aligning the collective goals and strategies of all partners involved in the project.

Oversight of the project’s implementation falls to the Steering Committee (SC), which includes the Project Coordinator and Work Package (WP) Leaders. The SC monitors progress and is accountable to the General Assembly, guaranteeing transparency and effective management throughout the project lifecycle.
