Work Package 11: Integrity enhancement actions
Leader: CEU
WP11 focuses on transforming research insights from RESPOND into practical solutions for combating political corruption and promoting political integrity across the EU. This involves developing legislative recommendations, enhancing stakeholders’ capacities through the use of open data, and providing tools for improved understanding of political corruption. Key activities include co-creating policy recommendations through Policy Labs, producing guidelines for effective communication about corruption for journalists and media, and improving the accessibility of open data through an enhanced Global Corruption Observatory. The work package also involves creating and piloting evidence-based anti-corruption training programs aimed at a variety of audiences, including NGOs, journalists, and public officials. These programs will be refined and disseminated through “Training of Trainers” sessions to ensure widespread impact and sustainability.
This event is structured around three panels, each designed to foster meaningful discussion and exchange of ideas on researching and combating corruption, and their impacts. …
